'Terms and Conditions of sale'

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any of our products. By ordering any products from Bacchus Vintners you agreed to be bound by these conditions.

Orders may only be placed by persons legally capable of entering into a contract having attained the minimum age necessary in their country of residence to buy alcohol, and in any case, are over the age of 18 years.
Bacchus Vintners reserves the right to refuse to sell wine to any person for any reason whatever.
All prices of product and delivery are quoted in Euros. Orders may be paid for by cheque, bank transfer, or if in Spain, by cash on delivery. In case of bank transfer, product will only be delivered when payment is received.
Risk to the products passes to the customer on delivery.
Bacchus Vintners liability in connection with any products purchased through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. Bacchus Vintners. is strictly not liable for any consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused, even if foreseeable, nor for any minor errors or omissions in the presentation of the product. Bacchus Vintners is not responsible for changes to or defects in the Products which are due to the Products ' manufacturers, nor for any delay in delivery of wine.
Bacchus Vintners. is not responsible for the application by the customer’s country or state of territorial laws regarding the import of products. The customer accepts to pay all possible customs, tariffs, special taxes and any other levies that customs agents or local authorities may apply in their country, region or territory.
All purchases made on this website with Bacchus Vintners. are made under Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaga, Spain.
