We stand firmly behind the exceptional quality of our wines and hope you will find them satisfactory. However, if any purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly offer a replacement or will refund you within 15 days following the receipt of the returned goods. You will have to send back the wine in its original packaging within 7 working days after the delivery date, under the following conditions:

In case of damaged packaging you may either

Not accept it, communicating to the driver that the package is rejected or
Accept it, pointing out the flaws in the delivery invoice and contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Bacchus Vintners will meet the return expenses.

If the product itself is damaged, the customer will have 7 working days to return it in the original packaging. Bacchus Vintners will meet the return expenses.

Please do not ship any returned goods until you have received our confirmation to do so.

If the customer wants to return the wine for any other reason, and within 7 days after receipt of the goods, the customer will meet the return expenses.
