Standard deliveries are normally done by the premier Spanish courier company, SEUR (www.seur.com) and its partners outside Spain. We reserve the right to change courier company when deemed necessary

Below you will find the delivery rates for your country.

We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there always is someone present to sign for the delivery. If no one is home when the SEUR partner courier attempts to deliver your wines, the carrier will leave a card explaining they have tried to deliver the package, leaving a telephone number and a tracking number for you to call back and confirm when and where you want the package delivered. If they have not been able to deliver the package within 12 days, the package will be returned to Bacchus Vintners at the expense of the customer.

There is an option to give us specific instructions to leave the wine in a safe place if you know you will not be at home to receive your order. Please note: if you do choose this option you do so at your own risk.

We try to establish availability of the products ordered by you before acknowledging your order. Where this is not possible for any reason and where the product turns out to be temporarily unavailable, we will contact you by email. We may offer a replacement product of equal or increased value to you. You have the right to accept or refuse this replacement product. If you choose to refuse it you will be able, at your option, to either order another product from our web site or claim a refund of monies already paid.

If we have not contacted you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, except holidays) telling you otherwise we will dispatch your goods within 48 Hours. OUR SEUR partner will deliver at your door normally between 5-6 days. For the Nordic and Baltic countries, it will take 7-8 days normally.

When the goods have been dispatch you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for you to track your order at www.seur.com. You can change the language into English in the right bottom corner on the home page of SEUR.
